SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Thank you for ordering with Luxxed Tresses!
Processing takes 5-12 business days for your order to be shipped out. 3-5 business days for shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number via email once the shipping label has been created. We ship out on weekdays Monday-Friday. Please understand if you order on a Friday, your package will be processed on the next business day. Please do not wait until the last minute to purchase hair. We do NOT offer express shipping.
Once an item is shipped out, please use the tracking link to track your order with USPS.
International shipping is 5-7 business days, depending on your location
All packages are delivered through USPS
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Luxxed Tresses takes pride in our products, and we are proud of the high-quality hair that we offer. We inspect all hair before shipment to ensure quality and consistency in all of our products. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is why it is imperative to check your order and inspect it to ensure it is what you ordered. This is the only exception to this rule: if you received the wrong order at that point, you are eligible for an exchange. We will not accept the exchange if the hair rubber band has been cut off the bundles and the hair texture has been played with. The hair has to be in the exact form as to which it was received. Please understand all sales are final, including customized hair.
REFUND POLICY
WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW ORDER DETAILS BEFORE PURCHASING!
